Who We Are

Barossa 50's Diner (Lynda), located at Shop 3 / 119 Murray Street, Tanunda SA 5352, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it, consistent with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What We Collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us when you fill in our enquiry or order-ahead forms. That typically includes:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number and, if you provide it, your email address
  • Your order details, pickup date/time and any notes (such as allergies or special requests)
  • Any message you send us through the enquiry form

We don't take payment through this website, so we never collect or store card or bank details online.

How Your Information Is Sent & Used

Our forms are submitted using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery service. When you submit a form, your details are passed through FormSubmit and delivered by email to the diner's inbox so we can respond to your enquiry or confirm your order. We use your information solely to reply to you, prepare your order and provide the service you asked for — we don't sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

FormSubmit processes your submission in order to relay it to us. We encourage you to review FormSubmit's own privacy terms at formsubmit.co for details of how they handle data in transit.

Analytics & Cookies

This website does not currently run third-party advertising trackers, and it does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics (such as Google Analytics) in future to understand how visitors use the site, we will update this policy to say so and describe what is collected.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and order-ahead messages only as long as needed to respond to you and run the business, and then dispose of them securely.

Access, Correction & Deletion

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to request that we delete it. To make a request — or if you have any privacy concern — please call us on (08) 8563 2371 or get in touch through the contact form on our Visit page. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.

If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
